I do my best to pack everything as thoroughly as possible, but in the event that your pot arrives broken send contact me through the contact page and I refund your item.

Due to the nature of pottery I can't offer any replacements.

Since I work a normal 9-5 I can't ship any orders on a weekday. All orders for the week will be packaged and shipped on Saturday.

All pieces are unique. No two pieces are exactly the same. I will group things based on shape, size, and color if they are similar enough. All measurements in description are estimates rounded to the nearest quarter inch. I will do my best to add things individually as well.

Every pot in my shop is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.

I would recommend handwashing all pieces.
